How to cope with depression?!


Question: How to cope with depression!?
I'm very down, i can't seem to find a job!. My marriage seems to be failing, and i just feel so sad!. What are some ways of dealing with depression!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many things you can do to help treat your depression!. Moderate exercise for at least 20 - 30 minutes, daily, and up to an hour!. Brisk walking is good, and try to be mindful of the feeling your foot makes as it hits the ground: it is a relaxation technique!. Also use daily, one of the relaxation methods in sections 2, 2!.c, 2!.i, or 11, and/or yoga, Tai Chi, and/or the EFT, in sections 2!.q, 2!.o, and section 53, at http://www!.ezy-build!.net!.nz/~shaneris whichever works best for you!.

Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily: (certified free of mercury) it is best if consumed with an antioxidant, such as an orange, or grapefruit, or their FRESHLY SQUEEZED juice!. If vitamin E is added, it should be certified as being 100% from natural sources, or it may be synthetic: avoid it!. Also take a vitamin B complex which is certified as being 100% of natural origin; a deficiency in vitamin B9 (folic acid, or folate) is known to cause depression!. Around 30% - 40% of depressed people have low vitamin B12 levels!. Depressed females using the contraceptive pill may benefit from vitamin B6 supplements!.

Occupational therapy (keeping busy allows little time for unproductive introspection, and keeps mental activity out of less desirable areas of the brain)!. As options, if desired, either a known, effective herbal remedy, such as St!. John's wort, (the strength varies, but the supplier should be using a standardised hypericin content, so follow the directions) or supplements, such as SAMe, or Inositol (from vitamin and health food stores, some supermarkets, or mail order: view section 55 at ezy-build )!.

Initially, at least, some form of counselling, preferably either Cognitive Behavio(u)ral Therapy, or Rational Emotive Behavio(u)ral Therapy!. Tell your partner you are depressed, that it puts an extra strain on the relationship, and that you would greatly appreciate support over the coming several months, as treatments begin to become effective!. See section 99, at ezy build,; try a temp agency; don't be too choosy, or appear overqualified or overdressed!. Consider volunteering (section 38) even from home, at first, as occupational therapy, and to keep you in "work mode"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i now how you feel i am going though the same thing you need to find something to spice up your life and make you feel young and alive again like when you was a teen you can't find a job cause you don't want to cause you are deppressed i know thats how i am you need to set back and look at your life and see what it is deppressing you and try to fix that once you are happy again everything else will fall into place there are no certain rules to life besides do what makes you happy not everyone else if you can't figure out why you are deppressed go to cousling and let them figure it out for you!.!.!. i know it's not as easy as it sounds but you always have to go though the darkness to get to the light!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Depression can get out of hand when you stop being able to think of the things in your life that you're succeeding at!. As long as you can keep prospective in how your life is still going well, you don't have anything to worry about!.

Also, don't think in terms of "moving forward" or "stepping back!." Instead, think about why you make the choices that you do, from a purely practical standpoint!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

These are serious problems for you, and I understand that!. But if you can look around and help someone who is less blessed than you are, it will help you to stop concentrating on what is wrong with life!. Don't avoid seeing a doctor if you continue to feel so depressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
