Are multiple naps better than a night of sleep?!


Question: Are multiple naps better than a night of sleep!?
I've read some article(s) about how new study shows that taking an hour of nap after learning something increases chances of remembering the material!. Do you think or know for a fact that maybe having 2-hr naps every 6 hrs in a day (adds up to 8 hr of sleeping time), is better than 8-straight-hrs of sleep in a day!? Is it worse!? Or makes no difference!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to recharge your body, you need to reach rem sleep, therefore sleeping the 6 to 8 hours allows you to reach this level!.
Power naps are short term recharges but not good for the long term!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love naps, and I love to sleep throughout the night!.!.

But to me, a long sleep throughout the night is a lot better than a bunch of naps throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's well known that sleep is deepest before dawn!. brief cat-naps do not allow the brain to reach the deep REM sleep that truly refreshes us!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

night sleep is always the best, but some ppl can't get much of it, so they compensate by nappingWww@Answer-Health@Com
