See a school counsellor about your mood swings and anxiety so you can get this checked before you work and wont get time to see one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is the 21st!. century and those labels are around anymore and the medication will help you and hey you might only need them for a short time who knows!. It sounds pretty normal, but it really sounds like you just need a living vent!

I'm somewhat like you, I think too much, worry too much, and strive for perfection!.

Try writing/keeping a journal at home then maybe a psychologist might be able to help with the venting if you don't have any friends you can be completely honest with!.

ps - you don't need medicine, just because you seek professional help doesn't mean you need to buy into prescriptions!Www@Answer-Health@Com
