Definitley related!. I get pains in my back because my anxiety makes me very tense!. In fact I probably have knots everywhere! My head gets so tense and heavy sometimes that I just have to lay down for a while!.!.!. Anxiety is a horrible disorder because it not only affects your thought process but it is physically exhausting! The symptoms are horrible and painful sometimes!. I would suggest a massage, or having someone at home trying to rub the kinks out, it may help at least for the time being!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always used to get moderate to severe lower back pain when having anxiety issues, and I have read about back pain being anxiety related!. Of course, other things cause back pain, and if you have experienced it for a week or more, it would be smart to tell a doctor!. Tension knots in the back are a very common symptom of anxiety, and I find that a chiropractor or accupuncturist can give lots of relief!. Best of luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need meds for the anxiety!. the back pain is probably caused by that!. treat yourself as if you had a back injury!. legs up ice and heat alternately and ibuprofen for the pain!. hope you get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
