Question: How Can I Relax And Enjoy "Self Satisfaction"!?
I'm on psychotropic meds, that interfere with my physical ability to just relax and enjoy a few moments of privacy!.
The thoughts and urges are there, but I have a difficult time just concentrating and relieving some pent up stress!.
