Question: Is it weird that I can't return the "I love you"!?
Every time someone says "I love you" I don't say it back!. It's like I feel hella uncomfortable saying it!. Especially my parents!. They are really passionate people who say it to me every chance they get, but I NEVER say it!. I'm not saying that I didn't when I was younger, I'm sure I did at one point!. But ever since I turned like 10 I stopped!. I care the world for my parents, but I just don't say it back!. I see the hurt in their eyes and it hurts me too, but I just can't seem to bring myself to say it back!. Even my friends think it's weird, because they say it to me too!. But I don't know!.!.!.Am I like emotionally detached!? What's wrong with me!?!?

no it isnt strange!.my sister is like taht!.she just stared saying it to me and she is 18!.she has problems with getting close to people!.its normal if u have been hurt by someone or if ur uncomfortable with ur self or the relationships u have!.just hang in there and u will get better!.if not try to talk to someone about it!.!.!.doesnt have to be a therepist or anything maybe just a friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Love can be used as a very strong word and im sure your parents know you love them!.
