Like everyone else said, would see a doctor like tomorrow!. If you have severe enough pain before you get in to see a doc, don't suffer, that's what ERs are for!! ,and they can run test or what ever might be needed, as well as give you pain relief!! I wouldnt mess around with any issues to do with your head!.
There are tons of reasons, issues, or situations that could make us have nightmares, but there is one type of nightmare that has a medical name to it, its called, "Sleep Paralysis"!. It's a natural state: Sleep Paralysis is a natural bodily function that causes us to be paralyzed during sleep!. It prevents us hurting ourselves or others during dreams!. It's when it follows us into the waking state that it becomes a disorder!.
Stress and anxiety can make them occur!.!.!.
But with these dreams, it can make you hallucinate, feel as though your floating, or even being abducted by aliens! I know it sounds wierd, but it is a very real condition!. You are not very specific on describing your nightmares, and this type just came to my mind!. If you go to this site, there's mega info on different types of dreams!. Maybe you can find something comparable to what your experiencing in/with yours!. Either way, you really need to seek professional help, your hitting your head combined with your traumatic experience, yea, there is just too many serious, as well as not, issues that need to be explored!.!.!.again, the head is a weird thing, and any injury should be checked out and examined, better safe than sorry!.
Hope I helped you some!.!.!.
The web address is http://sleepdisorders!.about!.com
The actual site name is "About!.com", I have found it beyond helpful as a search engine, as well as being able to join discussion groups or email other members about!.!.!.!.whatever!.

The first thing you should do is see your doctor because the headaches and the dizziness could be caused by a concussion!.

The nightmares could be caused by whatever traumatized you on Friday!. it might help to open up and talk to someone about it!. Talking through things can really help to identify and work through the emotions which in turn will reduce the nightmares!.

I hope that helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

1- "Okay so I am having nightmares!?" is not a question!. It's a statement with a question mark at the end of it!.

2- See a doctor!. The Yahoo Answers community will not help you, or anyone else for that matter!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
