Question: Please help because my psychiatrist does not have a clue!?
I have been on zoloft for 7 year since I was 13!. 1 year ago I tried to slowly taper off zoloft!. After weeks of tapering down I got down to half of my Original dose and I suddenly lost All emotions!. I eventually went back up the original dose, but my emotions never came back!. Im emotionally paralyzed!. I have seen 3 psychiatrist, and none of them really have a clue!. They just want me to try medications one after another, and they don't work!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Has any of your Dr's ever suggested hypnotism!? to try to get into the unconscious!? Sounds like to me there is something blocking you keeping you from feeling emotions!. If you under go hypnotism it can open up the semiconscious mind and get down to what the root of the problem is!. I can't believe a shrink never mentioned doing this!? it is absolutely true that after awhile psych meds stop working, incidentally, the average time period I've heard is 5-7 years!. It's usually easily solved by going on another antidepressent!. there are lots--prozac, effeor, cymbalta, wellbutrin, paxil, lexapro, etc!. give one a try (and remember they can take up to 8 weeks to feel full effects!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
