Going to the doctors tomorrow?!

Question: Going to the doctors tomorrow!?
I am 18 years old and i am going to the doctors tomorrow because i have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) for the past 2 years i have struggled with trying to control it on my own but now i have decided to see my doctor and get help with it, i am not one to make a fuss over nothing as the last time i saw a doctor for anything was 3 years ago, but as i said before for the past 2 years i have been dealing with many different OCD tendancies the ones i tend to have/go through daily are some like these:

It affects my life quite alot as i am now even finding it difficult to even leave the house or do any of the things i used to like doing, but the thing is when i go to the doctors tomorrow!.!.when he asks me why am i am there (or asks: what is wrong with me) how do i explain that i am more than sure i have OCD!?!? my mum is coming with me because i don't like to be alone, but when i asked her 'how do i explain it!?' she just said 'i don't know', i am not quite sure my mum believes me 100% or she may think i am exaggerating a little this is because she has never seen me do anything that proves i have OCD!.!.!.but that is because i don't want her to see me as i would be embarressed if she did,
how so i explain to my doctor in front of my mum that i am more than sure that i have OCD i don't just wanna say 'i have OCD' as this may sound like i have diagnosed myself and am just wasting the doctos time, so what do i actually say to him/them!?!?

No mean answers but Please help i am quite nervous!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
he will ask several questions gp's are trained for years to be able to diagnose he may not be able to diagnose you tomorrow he may need to observe or monitor your movements to be able to give a correct diagnosis , gp's deal with all sorts of problems and although this may seem like strange condition to u there are far worse and far more embarrassing problems people have to seek medical advice about so hold you head high !.!.!.!. and try not to be too nervous Www@Answer-Health@Com

Write all your symptoms down in the morning and what you have been thinking, feeling and experiencing!.Give this to the Doctor and He or She can make a diagnosis easier because if you try to tell the Doc of the top of you head you may forget a lot of it!.
A lot of people find this way much easier rather than trying to sit there and remember and don't worry about wasting the Doctors time as you are obviously not well and it needs to be sorted out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just come out and tell the doctor that you think you have ocd and that it disrupts your life!. the doctor will be very professional about it and there is no need to be embarrassed even if you think the doc might tell you that you dont have it!. most likely he wont be able to help you much and may refer you to a specialist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
