You have to realize that while you are thinking about what everyone else is thinking about you, that those people are doing the same thing! For the most part, people don't care about walking around and judging everyone they pass!. They're thinking "What does he/she think of me!?!?!?" They avoid eye contact because of their insecurities!. Once you get that down, and realize everyone isn't thinking about you, your confidence levels will go up, and you'll start to feel better about yourself (We all downgrade ourselves, you aren't as bad as you think you are!.)!. Just keep telling yourself these things!.

You believe you have a boring personality!. If this is true, it's probably because you are preoccupied by self-judgment and worrying about other people's thoughts, than to focus on your own personality and wit that people will come to love!. Work on the things I'm telling you to, and your personality will evolve!. Your personality evolves from the experiences you have, and if they are only bad experiences, it won't do too much for you!. Make yourself feel better about yourself, get involved at school with things you like to do!. Listen to HAPPY music, get rid of the self pity tunes, they'll only draw you back to a place you don't want to be!.

Confidence is key, and it comes from within!. If you need "aids", go to the gym, work out, stay clean and groomed, smell nice, look around at what people are wearing and stay in style!. As material as they are, these things will help boost your confidence!.

Get literate! Know your Pop Culture!. It's what we Americans thrive on! Read some recommended books (Go into barnes and noble and as the customer service person to recommend books that "everyone has to read" like summer reading books), Watch famous movies (Try going down the Best Picture's list, throw in some comedies that everyone loves) listen to popular music (Check America's Top 40 and the iTunes most downloaded list) these things will help mold your personality and help you talk about things that people reference!.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!.

see your doctor, tell them whats going on, they will be able to refer you to a councilor!. once you have built up your confidence and your assertiveness, try joining a club at college and socializing more!. im sure people at your college aren't that scary (they maybe shy as well), unless they are goths , then i would be well frightened , (joke)

i used to get panic attacks going to school and thought everyone hated me, i grew out of it now i dont care if people like me or not, im happy being meWww@Answer-Health@Com

nobody is beautiful or ugly everything is good or bad in comparison so may be you are comparing your self with those who are beautiful than you so look around you and you will find lots of people who are happy and not beautiful even in comparision of you !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might benefit from seeing a cognitive behavioral therapist, they are trained to help you learn better social coping skills, and they can help you find the root cause of your self hatred and give you ideas on how to rid yourself of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're at college, you should be able to get counselling from a trained therapist for free!. I would suggest you go and talk to them!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
