Answers:
Your brain causes this paralysis to keep your body from hurting itself while dreaming, sometimes it doesn't wear off immediately when you wake up!. It doesn't seem to be anything that you should worry about, but if the problem begins to happen frequently you should consult your doctor, who can offer you some medication to treat the problem!.

Still sounds like sleep paralysis!. It can sometimes be coupled with hallucinations (since you're still half dreaming), which some people think accounts for "alien encounters"!. Perhaps you were hallucinating that you were floating above your body!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg that happened to me before it was so scary i didn't just feel my legs moving but my whole bed i honestly thought for a second there was an earth quake being half asleep!.!.!.then i realized i live in tx so im not sure that's possible o_0
just go back to sleep dont worry about it it wont hurt you if it happens again try telling yourself that everything is ok think about something that calms you and try to sleep Www@Answer-Health@Com
