Do you have sleep paralysis?!

Question: Do you have sleep paralysis!?
it happens to me a few times each year, and seems to happen when there's an extreme amount of stress in my life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I personally had it a couple of times!. I know how nerve racking it can be (and annoying!!) sometimes it is most likely because your sleep pattern is interrupted in a certain area!.!.!. (or it can be caused by medication sometimes!.)

But I've learned that sleep paralysis is common for diabetes so, if you haven't gotten that checked out, I would look into it!. And while you're at your doctor, why not ask to be refereed to a neurologist for a "brain scan" (sometimes it is also a form of epileptic seizure)!.

It's better to be safe than sorry!.!.!. And you will be less stressed out once those possibilities are out of the way!.

Hope I've helped
Good luck ;) Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had a it a few times!. Don't worry; many people get it!. It's related to the REM phase of sleep, which is when dreaming occurs!. During this stage, your body paralyses itself so you can't act out your dreams!. I describe it as your mind being awake, but telling your body it's still asleep, if that makes any sense!.

In any case, you're not insane or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
