how can i get over the urge to look at porn!? i started watchin when i was a kid, so thats why its so hard for me!. i havent watched it in a long time, but its hard not to give into that temptation!. what can i do!? its mentally frustratin for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is very easy to become addicted to porn!. My best friend's marriage ended over her husbands excessive use of it!.
