You go to his office and tell him all your symptoms and tell him you feel it could be OCD and could it be!. He either does phyciatry or he will send you to those who do and therapy can start as well!. When they confirm your findings, get your hands on books about the subject and actually your therapist will help with that!. There is family therapy as well to help everyone who may be involved!. I tend to be my daughters kickstand and I need help to stop being that way!. She is getting better with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the doctor recommended meds and she is improving!. The therapist will, when you ask, tell you some of the better books on the subject!. You will find that you are not alone and you can't help this OCD!. Remember you may have OCD, but it doesn't have to have you!.!. So good luck in your course of therapy and your new wings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
