How long is "too long" to be in the angry stage of failed relationship!

Question: How long is "too long" to be in the angry stage of failed relationship!?
My controlling ex and I broke up about 3 and a half months ago, I have been SOO angry for about a month and a half (ever since he found a new submissive girlfriend)!. Is that going on for too long, or do you think Anger has a way of working itself out!? I know Anger undealt with turns into depression, why does our society think we should not let ourselves get angry!? I'm angry because of how hypocritcal he was, how he moved on so fast, and how I was taken for granted like you wouldn't believe! Tonight my firend and I smashed tiles (to make a mosaic) and screamed our lungs out!

I don't think there is an amount of time to go by!. I think it is different for everyone!. Just like some take longer than others to grieve someones death!. It depends on the individual!.
Don't let anyone make you feel like you are taking too long!. And don't let anyone tell you to "get over it"!.
This will pass!.!.!. when you are ready!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being emotionally abused does not go away I am still angry about things my parents did that happened over fifteen years ago!. It sounds to me like you have it under control as long as it does not start to dictate your life!. I'm sure it does not help that you have to see him constantly!. If you think you are ready to move on (it might not be time yet) I would suggest trying a different atmosphere such as a new club!.

If you start to notice this anger dictating your life I would seek help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep that anger inside as a reminder at how you let your self get controlled in the first place, anger is good, just keep it aimed where it's belonged and as a reminderWww@Answer-Health@Com
