Question: I get annoyed easily by other people!. Help!?
I have a really low tolerance level!.
Right now I'm annoyed people are talking too much outside my dormroom
I'm annoyed my bf doesn't understand what I'm typing and asks to repeat it every other time
I'm annoyed that my roommate doens't have headphones and sniffles too much and is sick
I'm so angry I can't get my work done because Im on YA
Those were just ex!. I have many other reasons I can't stop thinking about them, how exactly do I relax, how to focus!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you just start school and move into the dorms for the first time!?
It can be a big change and you're probably just a little overwhelmed by it all!.
You'll get used to it soon enough!.
I'd probably recommend going for a walk or heading to the gym for a bit, as it will help get rid of the excess nervous energy and can calm you down and help you focus better!.
Exercising regularly in general will really help!.
Also, if you find you're too distracted by your computer/roommates/boyfriend/etc, try just going to the library by yourself and not bringing your laptop, ipod, cell phone or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think sometimes if you stop to think about what is annoying you and why then you'll be able to realize none of it is necessarily a big deal and you can calm done!. thinking things through can make everything a little more clear sometimes!. when you can stop and think about what's important and what isn't it will help!. also, try and think if there is anything going on that would cause you to be getting annoyed with everything that maybe shouldn't really bother you at all!. i guess it's more like analyzing yourself a little!.
