Question: Physical side effects from anxiety!?
basically i suffer from anxiety and now i have really bad feeling in my stomach like its an ulcer, its bn happening since yesterday and it feels like my stomach is burning with acids, also i have stabbing feeling in my chest and breathless, how can i calm my body from having anxiety psysical effects and has anyone else ever had this beforeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Oh yeah the physical side effects from anxiety are just so fun aren't they! Not!. I get breathless, chest pains, off balance (feel like when im sitting straight up that I am rockin back and forth), headaches, weird feelings i my head that freak me out, feel dizzy and feel like I have to hold things when I walk in order not to fall!. Fun!. Try getting an anxiety book as they can give you some great ideas on how to keep your bod less stressed!.!. There are exercises you can do for each part of your body to relieve the tension which may help with some of your symptoms!. Good luck!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh dear!.!. I feel so much for you!.!. I had terrible bother with anxiety, and if it's any comfort to you, you will eventually get over this!! I used to suffer terribly from palpitations, stomach twitching, cramps, breathlessness, hard to swallow (couldn't swallow anything bigger than a grain of rice!)

Just try to relax, believe me, I know how difficult it is!.!.think of happy times you've had! Start reading a really good book! Or watch a really good film! Something you're really going to get into!.!. so it takes your mind off it!! Start a deep conversation with someone!

Just whatever makes you happy, a hobby, a person!.!.etc!.!. just try to do it to take your mind off it!!

I threw myself right into the computer!.!. I left school at 13, and never learned much, so I started to learn on my own all about computer stuff!. Got into making my own randm graphics, videos!.!.!.etc !!

about chest bad feeling , do you have what is called '' reflex oesophagus ;; !? u feel so !? if so , take Omeprazol and Lansoprazol !.!.
about your stomach , take : Zentac tagamat !.!. and wait about 3 days !.!. if the pain still occur , contact doctor immediately !.!.

I have had anxiety attacks!. For me it's my chest hurts, it's really horrible!. I find taking deep breaths and drinking water help a bit!. I'm on anxiety meds now which has helped a ton!. You should go to the doc to make sure it is anxiety tho, cause maybe you do have an ulcer or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Might be acid reflux, i think anxiety can also lead to constipation in which case going for a brisk walk of doing some other exercise will definitely help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
