3 days!. After that, something kicks in and then I can sleep for a few hours!. After that, I sleep fitfully!. For me it can be episodes of stress, or being away from my own bed, or even seasonal stuff!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should see a doctor!. Your body requires sleep and it is critical that you see a doctor if you are not sleeping!. We weren't made to stay awake for days on end, so if you aren't sleeping then you are fighting sleep!. You may be stressed about something and aren't aware of it!. Sometimes when I can't sleep I take a hot bath and put fresh sheets on the bed!. It's the best feeling and it helps me relax!.

It happened to me once when I had some exams - I was awake for 5 days then!. I had to though, in order to pass all of them!.
The best remedy (in my opinion, of course) is to be tired!. I usually go running, have a hot bath and then I sleep like a newborn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
