How can i control my feelings of anxiety..?!


Question: How can i control my feelings of anxiety!.!.!?
and low self esteem and confidence and gettin hurt so easily by what others think , i have low self esteem and get easily hurt and intimidated just by bn around people , any advice will be grateful thanxsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try to remember that you are unique and special and you deserve to walk on this earth and enjoy your life!.

Try not to be so sensitive!. If you can remember that you cannot help what other people say to you, but you can sure not have to react to rude or insensitive people!.

Also, try positive self statements like " I am capable, competent caring person" and "I like me just the way I am!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. I am the same way and believe me it doesn't get any better!. I am 50 and had it for as long as I can remember!.

I am now on medication to help control the anxiety and I will be getting therapy!.
