Can you think about what your social worker said that helped calm you!? My first instinct when I read your post was that some kind of acute anxiety triggered this!. (the PTSD kicking in!?) Have you ever had a hallucination before!? What do you think the leprechaun represents!? For example if we have a hard time managing an emotion like anger we might create a creature that does express it for us(!?) when you are in a safe place (maybe with your social worker) maybe you can dialog with the leprechaun

are you doing DBT therapy!? It seems you need some professional help in getting skills!. I go to Recovery Inc meetings!.!.!. recovery-inc!.org is the website, check it out

write out a daily schedule to create structure and so you can anticipate calmly your day!. break task down to 10-15 intervals!. don't isolate!. are you going to a support group!.

fyi I'm taking zoloft for the same diagnosis as you and my MD wants me to start taking tripetal!.

anyway, this is just feedback from another mental health consumer, so take what I say with a grain of salt!.

hang in there and remember that you do have a grip on reality since you know it just a illusion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember that you KNOW the leprechaun is not real!. So when it starts talking, keep this feeling in mind!. Then you will try to ignore it while getting some help!.

You cannot go around with knives attacking people!. I think if you do this again, or get tempted, you should go into hospital!. That is the only responsible thing, especially if you are still seeing the leprechaun!.

Perhaps your psychiatrist can modify the Zyprexa dosage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
