Answers:
Alzheimers is a hard disease for people to cope with!. Both for the patient and for the family!.

My grandmother had some early symptoms!. She would forget my name very easily and was often accusing me of things I had no idea about!.

What we did was to start spending more time with her and got her active around the house!. I got her a dog and play scrabble with her as often as possible!. I renewed her newspaper subscription which had lapsed and got her interested in the crossword puzzle!.

We take her to church with us every Sunday and try to get her to meet new folks there!.

I even got her playing some video games on my computer when she visits!.

So far, it seems to be working and she's less paranoid these days at least!.

Not sure how long it will keep her from getting too severe but for now it seems to help!.

Found some helpful info on the web!. The video game suggestion was particlularly helpful in our case!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe that the most recent studies have indicated that exercise and mental interaction seem to slow or mitigate the effects of Alzheimers!. There is lots of new research ongoing about the subject!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
