Question: Winter sadness, prevention!?
I get depressed in the winter some of the time and since it's fall now I'm worried it will happen again!. What are some things I can do to avoid it!.

I don't want to take any drugs, I'm looking for natural ways to stay healthy and avoid depression!. What are the top five things I can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first girl was right!. Stay in well lit rooms, bring in plants and even grow some flowers indoors like miniature roses (they're fun and small)!. This may sound silly, but I have 4 aquariums!. They brighten my mood and are very relaxing to watch!. Start planning now on a new hobby that will make you happy and give you something to look forward to doing, but save it for winter!. Just the anticipation of a new and fun project will occupy your thoughts in a positive light!. If all else fails, paint your room a bright, cheery color(s), rearrange the furniture and add special new items!. Make winter fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
