Third tip: if you're really down try focusing on what is in your life to be thankful for and make a list!.

Fourth tip: list what you have achieved so far in your life and read that list aloud!. Next, write a list of what you want to achieve and plan how you will achieve it!.

Fifth tip: build your confidence, go out more and socialise with people, join clubs, charities or volunteer organisations!.

Sixth tip: Read good inspirational books that will lift you up!.

It is always good to have friends and a support network in case you have a bad day!.
