Depression how to deal with it?!

Question: Depression how to deal with it!?
Hey ,
Im a student at a sixth form college and I'm 17 years old and basically I keep falling back into depression every now and then!.
At the moment what is making me depressed is the truth that I suck at the IB , Im doingterrible at keeping up to deadline's !. I dont have the guts to ask for help mainly becuase i dont like to speak!.
I did terrible in my practise exam's!. I always have problems remembering things which I need for example something I should learn at school , but for some reason I can remember things which I dont really need!.
ICT ive been doing terrible on that , mainly due to essays which either then doing better after each re try I do worse instead!.

I dont want to talk to my mum about it because one , I dont like to talk about things and two I just feel that she would just say that its nothing and it will pass !.

I dont know what I want to do when im older !. So that rather annoys me to the point that it depresses me because i think i have no futur !.!.!.!.

so yer thats pretty much all that is depressing me !.!.!.!.!. at least what I know is depressing me!.

So yer anyone have some advice or something Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey there!
Stop stressing about your school work!!!
I had depression at school too, from the age of 15 to 18! It turns out that it was exams and the stress of getting good grades and pleasing my parents(who didnt bother about my grades but just wanted me to be happy)
I didnt know that at the time but looking back on it i now know that some people are good at it and some are not!

When i left i didnt know what to do with my life either so i went to college and joined a sports course to help me lose weight and get my head together!.

It was the best choice i had ever made, if i had known that it would have been so relaxed then i woould have left school when i was 16!

No exams, presure or stress just loads of friends and fun!

School is not the be all and end all you might be better at practical things instead of mental!.

I tried to comit suicide and was refered to a psyc for a year so i know what im talking about!
Speak to someone!
get out the house to clear your head!
join some fun activities-nothing to do with school!

It should help!

Keep your chin up ;)
