I feel sick every time i eat?!


Question: I feel sick every time i eat!?

Ive been feeling quite stressed lately as alot has been going on!. Everytime i eat i feel sick, although i am not actually sick!. Im managing to eat a small meal a day and milk seems to be quite filling too!.

im losing weight quite fast and dont know what to do!. Ive lost a stone/12 pounds in 3 to 4 weeks!.

You've heard people talking about being "sick with worry", right!? Well, it actually can happen!. You don't necessarily have to vomit; stress can have a great impact on ones physical health!.

Does it help if you eat small amounts throughout the day!?

Do you get any pain in your stomach, or is it just feeling sick!? If you get pain, it could be a stomach/ an intestinal ulcer; when these get really bad, people generally get severe pain which is made worse after eating, and they vomit!. This is how they lose a lot of weight!.

If it's all down to stress then deal with the issues around that first!.

At least you are eating something, but carrying on eating this little for a sustained period of time will lead to anorexia!. Anorexics can start starving themselves because they want to regain control they feel they have lost; is control an issue with you!? Are you a perfectionist!? Do you have overbearing parents!?

try meditating or exercising then eating after that so you'll be too tired to think about anything and just eat!.

Dont eat anything greasy or hard to hold down!. Dont eat any junk food or fast food!. i used to eat a lot of it it and was also stressed!. it makes your appetite go away and everytime you eat it after that youll feel like throwing up or just get sick to your stomach!.

eat soup and crackers and water and juice and things fruit things like that work your way up to normal again!. if it doesnt work than go see a dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Times of stress can make our stomachs nervous and tight, letting little food in, which is normal!. What isn't normal is losing too much weight fast!. Stress can do this, but if it is affecting your health, seek a doctors advice!.

I strongly suggest you learn some stress management techniques and start to find ways to get rid or less the stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello, I think you should go and seek advice form you doctor, I had something similar when I was about 13 and I just didn't want to eat, due to stress after my parents split up, my doctor was very nice and understanding then and it just went away on its own!.

But to be on the safe side get medical advice, remember you don't have to ask just one doctor!. Take careWww@Answer-Health@Com

Find some way of dealing with your stress such as going for massages, take up meditation or yoga etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
