It may be anxiety? stress?!


Question: It may be anxiety!? stress!?
I'm a very forward person!. I always ask questions and interact in class!. I never get nervous and whatnot!.
However, lately, I can't focus!. Sometimes I forget the simple things!. I freak out more than ever and feel like I'm just being attacked from all points!. I mean, I sometimes feel like I'm not even myself!. Weird!. Should I be concerned!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to make time to relax!. Listen to soothing music, do yoga, read a favorite book!. If none of that helps, and your behavior change is affecting your everyday life, then go talk to a counselor!. They can quickly help you assess if its a serious problem, or just a situational thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im going to school to be a psychologist and you sound like you might be on the border of an anxiety disorder!.

this statement is from wikipedia!. If you experience any physical things like mentioned above instead of it being in your head then it may be a panic disorder

Most anxiety is linked to stress!.!.!.my advice is to take a step back and try to eliminate the stress!. maybe get away for awhile, spend some time alone, or exercise-its a great way to reduce stress and you feel better

What happens to us and our reality (the situation around us) all depends on our emotion or feelings!. Our feelings are a guidance system to tell us that what we are feeling now, is what we can expect more of to come!.

So, you don't want to attract more of negative feelings, you want to attract positive feelings!.

Keep a check all the time of what you are feeling at the moment!. When it is NOT something you want more of, change it straight away to love for yourself and others, or something that you always wanted to do or have, something that would make your heart sing, or some beautiful moment that you always remember!.

We can change our feelings - we just always think it is out of our control, that it is just "happening" to us!. But it is not!.

Its normal, dont freak yourself out more!. You may have high stress or be close to an anxiety attack!. I have found some of these things helpful!. Reduce your caffeine intake such as with coffee or soda or energy drinks!. Get more sleep!. Eat three meals of a balanced diet to level off the blood sugar level in your body!. Reduce alcohol intake if you drink!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

being stressed out can cause anxiety!.!.!. just relax!. you're definitely not the only one who has gone through this!. Maybe something big is going on in your life and that's the only way your body is dealing with!. if it gets worse or just never goes away talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
