I don't know how old you are but I take it you are a child living with your parents!? (and forgive me if I am wrong)!.

The burglary was only one day ago and the very fact they had the audacity to return this morning, it's no wonder you are scared!.!.I would be too, so don't be so hard on yourself and feeling you have to be brave immediately, it's been an incredibly big shock and you and your family will go through many emotions from being afraid to being downright livid that someone has violated your home!. It may be worth changing your locks, making sure you don't have ladders or bins out in view that can be used and maybe installing lights that come on by movement sensors!. The police can help with ideas to protect your home!. For yourself and your family, you need to all be able to talk and express your feelings of insecurity to each other and maybe a counsellor would help!. If you are a child and living in the UK you can ring Childline and speak to them any time!. Keep talking, don't be hard on yourself if you feel scared, it's perfectly natural, but don't bottle up your feelings!.!.!.there is no time limit on recovering from a shock like this, but eventually you will become stronger and you will get through this I promise!.

I hope this in someway will help and I really wish you all the very best xWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard to stop feeling scared when the thing that scares you most is still present!. What you're feeling is completely normal and expected!. Try to make sure you're never there alone, check your locks, windows and doors to make sure they're secure, ask your friends and family to make themselves available by cell phone or email so you have someone to contact if you need someone to help!. Ask the police to do an extra drive by now and then to make their presence know in the neighborhood!. Also, you can talk to other neighbors to see if they've experienced the same thing - sometimes misery loves company and you can find some peace by talking with them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good Grief!!! I can't imagine how you could possibly not be feeling scared!. In fact it would be very abnormal for you not to be frightened when your home, your safety, environment has been violated by a stranger!. The only way I can imagine not feeling scared in such a terrible situation was if I had just installed deadblot locks on all exterior doors & I made sure that every single window lock worked!. And even then I might only feel safe going to stay in a motel/hotel for a couple of days!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anybody would be scared in your situation -- it is OK to feel scared right now!.

I hope this was all reported to the police!? If so, and you know they have come into your house twice, they may be able to check your house more often for awhile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the answers above!. For one thing, keep talking about it, both the facts and your feelings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
