How often do you get out of the house on average per week/month to go to an event, a social outing, to do an outdoor hobby, etc!. Honesty!. Do you ever feel like you don't get out often enough!? If not, what's holding you back!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I go out every Friday morning with my friend shopping and we've been doing it for years!.Its the highlight of my week and we have such a laugh and mess around,its great! But I dont go out at all other than this!.This may seem shocking to some but for me this is completely normal and i'm perfectly happy with this!. I did go out last night to a candle party though which was a one off so i've been out twice this week,yay!Www@Answer-Health@Com
A social outing, maybe once a month (if that)!. I don't go out to socialize, because socializing is a lot of work and draining!. Sometimes I think of going to a club or something but never get around to it!. I guess, the trouble of going there and back outweighs the potential fun!. Plus, once there I usually want to go home pretty soon anyway (i know this sounds pathetic!);Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have little kids so my hubby and I are lucky to do anything recreational more than 2 or 3x a year! We just moved to a new state where we don't know anyone, so it'll be even less now as we have no sitter:(Www@Answer-Health@Com
I go out once a week clubbing with mates!. The rest of the time I study!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
