I think I have undiagnosed ADHD, would you agree?!

Question: I think I have undiagnosed ADHD, would you agree!?
For starters, I've always been a HARDCORE underachiever for as long as I can remember!.!.!. People just wrote me off as being lazy and rudderless!.!.!. I'm far from being LAZY, though!.!.!. I'm always doing a million things at once, just nothing ever makes any progress because I lose interest and zip along to something else that's completely random!.!.!. My sleeping patterns have ALWAYS been super erratic!.!.!. I constantly go off on tangents!.!.!. Every little thing becomes a major distraction for me!.!.!. I procrastinate to the max!.!.!. Everything is always done at the very last minute!.!.!. I've tried to start things early but I get too many ideas and I become really overwhelmed!.!.!. I've never really been sure what feeling "relaxed" is like, from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed I'm in constant motion!.!.!. Tend to either have my head in the clouds or be really anxious and jittery!.!.!. Usually jump head first into something without considering the consequences!.!.!. Talk too much, sometimes it really annoys people!.!.!. And I find it impossible to delay gratification!.

And yeah, this is why I'm pretty sure I have ADHD!.!.!. I'm 18 but I've been this way my whole life!.!.!. Only JUST considered it a possibility a few days ago and it kinda one of those "AHH!!! NO WONDER!!!" moments!.!.

It's interesting that you say "but I've been this way my whole life"!. You are only 18, probably not even a quarter of the way through your life!. It sounds like you are asking if it is worth being diagnosed now at this age, of course it is!. ADHD does not just give you an extremely difficult childhood it can prevent you from getting and keeping a job, having successful relationships, getting a college degree, having a successful life basically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah you definitely seem to have it just the way you type with all the!.!.!. in between everything idk it just seems so!. you should make an appt!. with your doctor so they can diagnose you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its possible you need to ask a doctor about it!.I have it,some of the things you do as well minus the gratification thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be!.!.!.but really all anyone can do for you is precribe some medication!. Unfortunately, medications that treat ADHD are too easy to get and you only need to tell the doctor what they want to hear in order to get them!. Maybe medication would be good for you and it might work!. But maybe meds might be wrong for you too!. I suggest to try some "self-help" techniques first before going to a doc!. Find some strategies that help you stay focused on one task before moving on to another!. There are plenty of books at the library that can give that information!. give yourslef some positive reinforcment if you finish a task you start, and discipline yourself if you start another task before ending the first!.

However, if you want the easy way out, go to a shrink and get some Adderall or Ritilin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
