Husband has lost it, acting strange please help!?!

Question: Husband has lost it, acting strange please help!!?
I have a mood disorder and my husband has been great, but I think the pressure of my illness is getting to him now, he got a new job today - a huge step, he went out drinking with a friend for the first time in ages and when I picked him up at 2am (with a toddler in the car) we had a row!. He was so very drunk - still is and has twisted everything i say, when I ask him how much he remembers he says nothing, he got really agressive with me and said he doesn't remember (he has never been like this before) then he said what do i expect when i treat him the way i do!. I am worried for him, thinking he is having a minor breakdown, whether it is the alcohol or his drink was spiked!. What do you think!? Any ideas!? He is acting soooo strangely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You don't say how serious your mood disorder is!. Your husband may be feeling that he has to be the strong one and he may need to have your support now!. It's good that he's been great, but maybe he needs to be able to talk about what bothers him without worrying how it will affect you!. Maybe it's just that he drank too much or maybe things have been building up in him!. He's human!. I hope things work out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You say he went out "for the first time in ages!." Apparently this isn't a pattern of behavior for him!. Give him time to sober up and get over his hangover, then see if you can get him to talk sensibly to you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

He just needed to blow off some steam love!. Definatly talk to him when he has recoverd and ask him if there is anything wrong!. have a good chat about your problems and be honest or it could go **** up to put it lightly!. luck luck luck xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, maybe you are getting to him!. I mean, you already admitted you think your mood disorder is getting to him!.!.!. I get angry and mad when people annoy me when I'm drunk!.!.!.!.!. it happens!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wait till he is sober then ask him in the morning!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay calm!. Don't give him any ****(angry words)!. And after he's sober, say to him,"honey, I think I've been treating you unkind!. What can I do different, that will make you feel appreciated, respected, loved, and cared for!. I love you, and I would like you to speak truth into my life"!.
Don't be angry at him!. He will likely be glad to share truth with you!. But if he raises his voice somewhat, it's probaly because he doesn't feel good about how he reacted towards you!. He may even appologize!.
Not grilling him will probaly help you more than anything!.
He's probaly stressed out from his job, and he might feel like he's got a big load on his shoulder!.
So just hang in there girl!. Don't fret!. I've been there too!. If you continue to be loving to him in your actions, he'll come around sooner than later!.
