Question: What can I do to release stress and relax the mind!?!? !?
These past couple of days I've been under a lot of stress and need to relax and just find time to think about myself and my needs!. What can I do to ease the stress level and relax my mind a little!? Sometimes I feel like my stress will never go away because everything just seems to be getting worse and worse each time!. My love life is horrible right now and making me stress a little, and school is adding more stress for me!. I'm 22 and I'm trying to find ways to release all this stress I have bottled up inside!. I wish things weren't so difficult for me but I guess that's life!. I've learned to take things the hard way and learn to pick myself up when things get hard for me!. I guess life has its ups and downs so I pretty much have to deal with all the crap in my life!. What can I do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to someone!. It helps, if you have something bothering you, let someone know and feel complete!. You can "unload" a lot of burdens that way!. Get a journal and write in it!. Writing can be very therapeuatic!. Have someone to talk to and have them just listen!. Take it easy on yourself!. Appreciate yourself!. Do you love yourself!? If you do, then things will be easier from this point on!.
It's like having a hobby you love, at first, it is difficult to start, but the love for your hobby makes obstacles things that you will get over!. So do you love yourself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find that fish and fish oil pills relax me!. I also drink chamomile tea and find it relaxing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
