Question: Can you recomend me something!?
I feel unwanted, hated, fat, way to tall, disgusting, dumb, like a freak that cant get anything done, slow at life and unreasonable, close minded and hatefull!.!.!.
i dont know why or i do!.!.!. i need a song to listen to over and over again
laughter never helps me so not a funny song no rap, nothing that discriminates wemon talks about love/relationships makes you wanna throw up
things like metal!.!.!. old not new my usual playlist is pissing me off!.!. then again everything is

If I may make a suggestion!

You should listen to sexy songs about feeling good about yourself and your body while listening to these songs you should work out!. Do some serious cardio instead of feeling sorry for yourself and doing nothing about your problems!.

If you are going to be miserable: be miserable while doing some crunches because the results you get will cheer you up and at least you could take fat off of the list!.

There are times when everyone feels like that!.!.!.and sometimes it depends on the environments you have around you, whether it is family or wrong kinds of frnds!.
However, now that you hv asked this question, means that you are aware of the problem and want to do somethng about it!.!.which is the first step and a very good one too!.
So, think why you are grouchy !? what makes you unwanted !? and why would you be un-responsible!.!.!.when you look at these things you could take a different approach to do things other and better ways!.!.
Tidy your room first, Take nice hot shower, dress up comfortable and look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that from today I am gonna be good, tidy, smart and will do many constructive things, e!.g!. go to library, read a book or magazines of knowledge (not craps!.!.Cosmopolitian, People, etc ) and do some excercise by playing or going to gym etc!. Don't eat junk McDonald food or similar!. Eat fruits and salads!.!.
All this will work wonders for you!.!.!.and You will be a happy person again for sure!.!.!.and yeahh!.!.!.if you smoke !.!.then stay away from that biggest junk of all, It is only destructive in everyway and a big waste of money for NOTHING!.!.

To me, it seems like you are feeling depressed and suffering from low self esteem!.

Here is my advice that i have given about improving self esteem previously:

"I am just the same but i have found some ways that do actually work quite a bit!.

1!. Think of yourself as if you are your best friend, if you was your best friend you wouldnt be thinking negatively of them, you would encourage them that they are great

Do that slowly, so it is believable

2!. Look in the mirror several times a day and smile at yourself, no matter how bad you think you look, just smile

3!. Listen to the compliments people say to you, even if you dont really believe it, smile and say thanks, whats the worst that could happen

4!. Force yourself to write at least 10 good things you like about yourself, preferably more than 10, if you struggle, then ask friends and family what your good points are, when you feel down, keep re-reading them!. You are already partly there by calling yourself fun to be with!. That is a very good personality trait to have and you should be proud of that!.

About the boyfriend, they are quite over-rated!. It is best to wait for the right person to come along, rather than trying to get anyone you can get, otherwise you will probably get a rubbish one!.
Go out with friends and see if there are any guys you like, try to get a friend who is good with flirting or something to give you some tips!. Even if it doesnt work out for a guy, at least you tried, any one can get rejected, no matter how pretty they are!.
It is probably best to make male friends, rather than just going and flirting with guys!. Then the friendship may turn into more than that!. That will be the best way for it!.

Remember, EVERYONE has flaws and insecurities!. Even the ones who seem confident will have stuff that they dont like about themselves and stuff that they worry about!. It is suprising how the "most confident" people are terrified of talking infront of groups and get embarrased so easily!.

But dont be so hard on yourself, if something bad or embarrasing happens!. Let it go!. If the same thing happened to your friend, you wouldnt keep bringing it up!.

Just try your best to treat yourself as a friend, whenever you think something bad about yourself, just think about the whole best friend thing and how everyone thinks they have flaws!.

About the depression, really you should go to the doctor!. That is obviously the best thing to do!. Do not be ashamed of feeling like this and make sure you tell someone close to you!. You dont have to keep thinking like this, you can get help!. It is hard for some people to get help, but it really does pay off!. Nothing can go wrong really!.

Stay as positive as possible, after any negative thought, think of the positive side, there is always a positive side, sometimes it is just hard to find!.

It would really benefit you, if you can see some kind of therapist or councillor, so they can give you professional advice and let you just vent out your problems to them, with them just listening to you and giving you as much advice as you like!. Your doctor can forward you to one as well!.

Alot of people feel like this, you are not alone and there is help out there to make you feel happier and more confident!.
