No but chemical imbalance in your brian can cause that so the best thing tto do is surrond yourself with positive people who are non judgemental!. I started a online group that focuses on positive ways of dealing with the mental and physical impact of mental illness!. Yes! Especially when I'm at school and I'm trying to study and there's people around talking about stupid nonsense! Argh! I hate that!. It feels like they're in my head the banter is so piercing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
