Question: Is there some way I can sleep less but still feel fine!?
I feel like I can never get the right level of sleep and I'd rather stay up late to do stuff is there some way I can sleep less!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunately for you, there is no way you can sleep less but feel fine, sleep a good amount, and you can do things much quicker and you're more alert, seriously im talking from experience, i slept late thinking ill get more done by staying up late, but when i wake up when i go to my classes i work alot slower and i feel drowsy all the time, then its night and i struggle to finish hw and its the same cycle the next day!. so i reccommend getting enough sleep in the first place so you work faster and do everything you need to doWww@Answer-Health@Com
Sleeping less can damage your immune system and normal, everyday functions!. If you're worried about not having enough time to do things then try getting an organizer to sort out when you have the most free time and do it then!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
