I can't stop oversleeping!?!


Question: I can't stop oversleeping!!?
I'm a high school student with a serious oversleeping problem!. I can get ten hours of sleep a night and am always tired!. I've tried finding a median of how many hours feels good for me, but they all turn out the same!.

Me being tired!.

I have no energy, and people think it's rediculous that I can sleep until 1:00 in the afternoon easily!.

I set the alarm but it's like I can't control myself in the morning and always shut it off!. I set five alarms a night by the way!.

Please give me advice!.
I could use anything!.

You could try setting your alarm over the other side of the room - that means you have to get out of bed to turn it off!.

You could drink a pint of water before you go to bed - apparently that's an old native american trick for when they used to have to get up early (couldn't risk oversleeping), they'd drink water so they HAD to get up and pee in the morning!. Once you're out of bed it's a lot easier!.

Failing that, it's possible that your sleep patterns are simply a result of puberty!. It chemically mucks up your body clock, for a number of years too!.

You could try going to your doctor!. Sometimes needing lots of sleep could mean you're a bit run-down or depressed - even if you don't feel that upset!. lol, can just mean you're tired/stressed/over-worked a lot and so your body is trying to compensate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to bed at 8:00 tonight then youll wake up at 6:00 or something like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
