Some cause you to lose weight, actually!.
The actual pill doesn't cause you to gain weight (that would be impossible) or lose weight!.
It just makes you more or less hungry!.!.!.and some medications make you retain water (bloat) so you look as if you've gained weight (to counter this, drink lots of water--sounds like it would make it worse, but it doesn't!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mom takes pills for her depression and she insists that it's the pill making her gain weight!. At first I thought she was in denial but she eats normally,drinks allot of water, and exercises so yea anti depressants do make you gain weight!. But Different people different outcomes!. My mom, when she was depressed went down to 90lbs! It's allot better to have gained a little then be at an unhealthy weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
