What do you do when you feel lonley when laying in bed at night?!


Question: What do you do when you feel lonley when laying in bed at night!?
I'm a single woman and I am happy during the day, it's only at night when i lay in bed I get the overwhelming feeling of loneliness!. What do you all do to get over this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having a pet sleep in your room can help a lot!. If a cat was snuggled up close to you purring, or if a dog was lying at the end of your bed, you can talk to them and they will listen!.!.!.!.and they will LOVE the attention!. A pet makes you the center of their universe!

Instead of thinking about bedtime as being a time of loneliness, think of it as the time that you pamper yourself!. Take a hot bath!. Sit in a massage chair!. Put some scented lotion on!. Read a book or magazine until you get really sleepy!. Wear something super comfy!. Drink a cup of hot chocolate or tea!. Give yourself a foot massage!. Get a journal and write about your day and use it as a time to reflect!. Sit in bed and do some crossword puzzles or sudoku!.

Have a stuffed animal around to snuggle!. It doesn't matter how old you are!.!.!.they are a wonderful source of comfort and over time you get really attached to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps you feel lonely when you go to bed at night, because you are thinking that someone else should be there!? I would like to suggest that prior to going to bed you explain to yourself that you are blessed to have a bed to sleep in and people who care about you!. Many in the world are hungry, cold and alone!. Some are children!. Some are sick!. Think of all you have and all of the wonderful people in your life!.

i have a program that determines how much you have slept in your life and at 13 i have slept for over 5 years
and probably more because you sleep a lot when your young
when you see it that way sleeping is depressing anyway

Its not making you happier!. Think about things you have to look forward to, remember that there are probably a billion other souls lying down in bed looking out the window feeling lonely, and realise that you're in kinship with them, everyone gets lonely, but tomorrow will be better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you long for a relationship and when you finally go to bed at the end of the day you realize you are alone!? If so, you need to get out and socialize to find a mate!. Join a club, something that interest you and you will meet people that you have something in common with!. This will help you find someone to share your life with!. Being on the computer is fine, but it is not a substitute for human contact!.

pray!!! no powerful thing can take over loneliness than praying!. !.iv been to that many times, though we have to catch the blues in our life sometimes, still i manage to get over with it by praying!. try it, and you'll be amazed of the results!. for sure, your lonely because your feeling alone, but dont be, coz God has someone for you!. at the right time and the right man!. read a book or do something relaxing!. im not single but i am in a sortof long distance relationship and i dont get to see my guy much!. so i read myself to sleep works about 96% of the time for me!. i have found that if i try to think of stuff when i go to sleep it make me stay up later so but it depends on you!. i would recommend trying to start reading a good book before you go to bed Www@Answer-Health@Com

think about what makes you happy during the day!. if youre a strong, confident woman, in the daytime, why should that change when the lights go out!? just because you're alone in your bed doesn't mean you should feel lonely!.

If you have the money, time and energy to care for an animal (vet bills, food, toys), get one! There are many animals in shelters that need a home! If not, buy a stuffed animal and hug it close!
