You could be slightly depressed!. Maybe go get checked out by your doctor and he can prescribe you something to help you out!. If you don't want to go the medicated way, start writing!. write down how you feel, let it out!. and don't turn to eating, and if that's all you want to do, make sure your reaching for the apple rather than the french fries, you know!? Go for walks, get out!.Hang out with your friends!. You can get through this, depression isn't something you can handle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you on any new medications, it could be that!.
If not, you're depressed in my opinon!.
Try telling someone you trust how you're feeling and writing in a journal every day!. It really helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of people experience these things, however they all are for differing reasons!. If you dont have someone to talk about all your deepest feelings, then you should consider a counselor or at least your primary care doctor for (anti-depressants)!. The medication will help level you, but you need to talk to a therapist to work through your issues!.

Feelings in my book are like a house!.!.!. sometimes the foundation has problems (ie leaky roof, leaky walls, termites)!. No house in this world is perfect, even if it appears that way from the outside!.
In order for your house to be repaired, a therapist must peel back the layers to see the cause of the problems!. Then address one problem at a time!. By beginning to work on your house(personality/feelings) you can start the road to recovery of having a stronger foundation and roof!.

You have to want to do this!.!.!. Call someone and start the process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
