God Yes!. It's called having a "game face"!. I do it with co workers, family, friends!. Probably the only person I'm honest with is my therapist!. No one really has a right to know anything that you are feeling unless you feel comfortable telling them!. I have bipolar 1 among other things and none of my coworkers know, half of my friends and family don't know!. They just think I have really bad allergies (which is what I tell them after a night of crying)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.

I'd never admit to my colleagues that deep down I'm a depressive nervous wreck but I sometimes share this information with close friends, because they see me at times I cannot hide it!. My anxiety has been through the roof lately!.

If they enquire about you like that, and ask what's wrong with you!. I would actually turn around and ask what they're implying and say why are you asking that because you feel fine (even if you dont), they will soon back off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Me!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
