I'm a recovering alcoholic!. (Sober for 25 years) I suffer with depression and anxieties!. I'm afraid to take meds what other choices do I haveWww@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly it is noraml for recovering addicts to experience this!. If yiou do not want to take meds try and find a good therapist!. They should be able to help you with relaxation techniques and also ways to battle your anxiety!. Good luck to you! I am bipolar and have been medication free for 3 years now using these techniques!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People with depression often over look the posative things in there lifes!. Now, take that posativity of you being sober and transfur that towards yourself, that is something to be awfully proud of, it highlights your strength and ability to remain stable!.
focus on your kids as they need someone who can see you being posative and reflecting on that!.
remember, people can hurt you, if you give them the power to do so!. choose to not let that happen!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go see a therpaist if you can, they can help you find other options and talk to you!.
