You should definitley talk to your doc about this feeling!. I know that the meds work over time and it may take awhile before they figure out the right combo!. Part of your depression sounds like it has to do with you not seeing your kids!. Maybe something can be worked out that you see them more often, which in turn will give you more determination to keep working at it!. It will get better, it just isnt a quick fix!. Hang in there!.

how about seeking spirituality!. im not talking about going to church, but a means of meditating yourself!. maybe ask your local indigeous peoples to go to a sweat lodge!. there are many spiritualities, you can find one to connect to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
