Answers:
Yeah it's definitely anxiety!.!.!.!.social anxiety to be exact!. The only thing that will really help you will be to gradually ease yourself into social settings!. Start working on going places alone and talking to strangers without assistance from anyone!. You may need a therapist for this part!. I know it seems like you won't be able to do it but I've been where you are and the reason I didn't get worse is because I was forced into social situations!.!.!.!.I had to work for a living, I had to go to stores for my Mom when she was dying of cancer!. If I hadn't been thrust into society I probably would have been a recluse! You know what though!? It didn't kill me!.!.!.!.I didn't run away and cry when faced with strangers!. I got better and more at ease with being in public and talking to people!. My anxiety went away on its own the more I socialized!. It's possible to get over it!.!.!.!.you just have to stop using other people as your crutch!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try wearing tinted glasses!. I do not mean sunglasses!. You should ask you doctor (or just go buy some from the store) about glasses with various tints in the lenses!. Less intensity from bright light will relax you more and enable you to experience less anxiety!. You can start with lenses tinted just a little lighter than sunglasses, and then work your way lighter and lighter over time as you learn to train yourself to calm down!. There may even be certain colors that help you do this more that others!. Experiment with blue tints first because that shade has a psychological association with being soothed!. People will just think they are regular glasses and no big deal!. They can be like training wheels for you-- you will use them to practice and get stronger!. You can do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
