Bi polar is more commonly known as manic depression!. The sufferer has mood swings that can last days, weeks or months!. They have manic phases where they are hyperactive!. They can't sleep, talk too much, have wild ideas and plans, think they are indestructible, spend too much money, have a superiority complex etc etc!. This is followed by a low, a depression, where they are the complete opposite!. They sleep most of the time, do nothing, speak to no one, have suicidal thoughts!.
