Question: How do you manage your stress!?
I have a little girl, just turned one!. I am also in school full time (13 credits) and I have never been very good at dealing with my emotions!.!.!.growing up or now!. I have been really stressed out lately and don't know how to manage my stress in a healthy way!. Especially on days when the baby is mad all day, I can feel my blood pressure going up!. Other than that, I feel like I am hard to please and easily agitated!. I'm tired of feeling so unhappy most of the time due to stress!. (I do LOVE being in school though!.!.!.)
