Could this be due to stress?!

Question: Could this be due to stress!?
Lately I've been feeling rather odd!.
Since about March, I haven't been hungry too often, but in the last month or so I can't eat in the morning because I feel as though I'll vomit!.
During the day, I either don't feel hungry, or I will but I can't eat too much or my stomach will ache for a long period of time!.
Also, now I wake up feeling anxious/ worried, but with no real cause!. If I dwell on it, I can come up with some reasons, but there's nothing too pressing in my life that would make me that stressed!.
Oh, and this morning my heart hurts!.
