It depends if you have a disorder or not!. I have Attention Deficit Disorder and Ritalin is supposed to help ADD people "get themselves together" but it didn't work for me personally!. Different drugs affect people different ways because every brain is different!. If you are depressed a short course of antidepressants can jolt you out of it!. The other woman was right when she said diet, sleep, exercise etc!.!. are the key but kind of hard to do when you aren't feeling good to begin with!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
It depends on why your motivations lacking!. Usually it is depression!. Your MD can prescribe something that may help!. Otherwise see if you can get 'hold of some Dexedrine!. It is helpful and rarely habit forming or harmful as popular opinion portrays!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
probably not though maybe see a councilor for all your issues and have a talk to your doctor!. eat a better diet and push your self, it's all up in your head!. once you get started it will be more easier to keep yourself together!.

I think you can only help yourself by either going as far as getting a life coach VERY expensive or seeking councelling as to y you cant get yourself motivated, dont be your own worst enemy help yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im dependant on medications and it kind of sucks!. So if you can do "ok" without them i would stay away from anti depressants/anti psychotics etc!.!.
