does any body who suffers from depression and anxiety ever feel like there loosing the plot and just feel like they are goin crazy!?how does this make you feel!?how do you cope with it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

uhhh it really is the worst feeling ever!. it feels as if you hit rock bottom right!? well ive suffered from it for about 8 years!. there was times between where i was so happy i thought i would never get another panic attack again!. but its just one of those things that come and go!. when i was 10 (16 now) i was put in a childrens hospital for two months that was maybe almost two hours away from my family!. i was put there because i refused to go to school, so my mom and i went to court but before we went in the room a dr!. examined me and came to the conclusion that i was doing this to be defiant !.!.!.!. i was actually sick!. my anxiety towards germs/dying led me to become very sick!. i did not eat!. not because iwas insecure, but because i was afraid of germs/getting sick/dying!. little did i know i was just doing that to myself by not eating, but i was only 10!. so i weighed about 60 pounds at 10 years old!. when i arrived they immedietly put me on a diet!. i was on boost shakes to make me gain weight and they also forced me to eat!. i was also put on paxil daily and i cant remember the other two i was on for panic attacks itself!. but i came out of there healthy and yet i still cope with anxiety!. sometimes it makes me think it was just a waste of time being there and this is it!. this is me for the rest of my life!. but then i met some amzing friends as i got older who kept me occupied!. when i am alone and i have anxiety attacks i always try and drink water and maybe keep myself occupied by playing a game or cleaning or taking a shower, even drink tea calms you down or going outside to get some frsh air always helped me as i drank my water!. so to answer your questions!. yes i sometimes do feel like i hit rock bottom and im going crazy!. it makes me feel weak if i think i cant get over it, but i always do and you always will, so just remember it'll pass! and i cope with it just by pushing myself to think its going to pass!. im stronger than it!. you are too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
