Really Stupid Hang over question?!


Question: Really Stupid Hang over question!?
When I have a hang over, I feel really anxious and paranoid for the whole day, sometimes i just sit there crying for no apparent reason!! Why is this!?!?!? Sometimes i don't even feel sick and i just feel really tired and it still happens!. The day after my hang over!.!.!. I'm fine!. Does anyone else have this!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you feel guilty for drinking and that makes you beat yourself up when you have a hangover, because it reminds you that you're not in control of it!.

My advice is to try to cut down your alcohol use - know your limit!. As an example, you could restrict yourself to no more than 7 drinks a week, and no more than 2 drinks at a sitting!.

It sounds like your body is adjusting to the chemicals left over from the alcohol!. Try drinking more water and eating a few starchy foods while you are drinking alcohol to prevent some symptoms of a hang over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

those feelings are normal and may be a sign of a bigger issue!. Maybe you suffer from some form of depression or mental disorder!? It may be a sign of alcoholism!. Either way, maybe you should avoid drinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
