Question: I need good tips to help me sleep !? i can't seem to organise my sleep in holidays!?

I am thinking what helps me!.
I try to stay on scheduled meaning I have a set bedtime and wake time!.
If I mess up by oversleeping one day I set my alarm for the next morning and force my butt out of bed! I may lose a day because I am groggy, it is worth it to get back on track!. Same goes if I go out with my friends and have a late night, I set my alarm and get up regardless - no matter how painful!
What else!?
Avoiding alcohol and caffeine 4-6 hours before bedtime, avoiding exercise before bed and not napping during the day can be helpful!.
A doc friend of mine once told me that taking in 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight mid-morning helps with resetting your circadian rhythm hence makes sleep easier!.
