Question: I have a doctors appointment!!?
Hi, I am 16 and suffer from terrible depression and maybe even Bipolar!. What I want to know, what do you think she will ask me!?
Ive seen her before, but just breifly!. I feel stupid and embarassed!.
Either my dad is coming with me or my step-mum!.

They will ask how long you've been that way, if you wake up early and cant get back to sleep, how you feel in the morning, if you have anxiety, if you have ever harmed yourself, are you suicidal, do you eat well, what your daily routine is like, and the impact your depression has on the day-to-day routine!.
If Bipolar, they will find out more about this but would probably recommend you see a psychiatrist - it's less likely you have thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
